Your requested time is not confirmed until EPC Quick contacts you; if it is unavailable, we will arrange another suitable time. You can also choose bank transfer, pay on visit or request a quote. Larger properties that need an individual price will be handled as quote requests.

How much does an EPC cost?
Domestic EPCs are £59 for 1–3 bedroom properties and £75 for 4 bedrooms; properties with 5+ bedrooms are quoted individually. Commercial EPCs are £200 for properties up to 200 m²; properties over 200 m² are quoted individually. Domestic floor plans are £60 for 1–3 bedrooms, with 4+ bedroom properties quoted individually. Gas Safety Certificates (CP12) are £60 and Domestic EICRs are £140.
How can I pay?
You can pay securely by card through Stripe, choose bank transfer, choose to pay on the visit, or request a quote without paying online. With pay on visit, no payment is taken when you book; you pay when we attend. Card payments are processed on Stripe checkout; EPC Quick does not receive or store your full card details.
When will I receive a payment confirmation?
After Stripe confirms your card payment, EPC Quick emails you a payment confirmation with your booking details and amount paid. For bank transfers, EPC Quick confirms payment after checking that the funds have cleared, then emails you an update.
Is my preferred appointment time confirmed immediately?
Your selected date and time are a request, not a confirmed appointment. EPC Quick will contact you to confirm availability. If that time is unavailable, we will contact you to arrange another suitable time.
When will I receive my certificate?
After the assessment and required processing are complete, EPC Quick will email your certificate or service documents. Timing depends on the service and property; we will keep you updated if anything affects delivery.
