How much does a floor plan cost?
Domestic floor plans are £55 for properties with 1–3 bedrooms. Properties with 4 or more bedrooms are quoted individually.
What happens if my property has 4 or more bedrooms?
Select the relevant bedroom option in the booking form. The booking will automatically switch to Request a Quote and no online payment will be taken at that point.
Who are floor plans useful for?
Floor plans can be useful for landlords, letting agents, property listings, inventories and general property records.
Does the property need to be empty?
No. In most cases the property can remain furnished, although the assessor needs reasonable access to the rooms and areas that need to be measured.
