How much is a Domestic EPC?
Domestic EPCs are £58 for 1–3 bedroom properties and £75 for four-bedroom properties. Properties with five or more bedrooms are quoted individually.
How long is an EPC valid?
An Energy Performance Certificate is normally valid for 10 years. A new EPC can also be produced before the existing certificate expires if required.
Do you provide EPCs for flats?
Yes. EPC Quick provides Domestic EPC assessments for flats as well as houses and other qualifying residential properties.
